A first-rаte service еxperience that was definitely created with the customer in mind. I was happy to be offered a
2-hour window for my scheduled service call.
Serge, who repaired my broken dryer, was incredibly professional and personable. He worked
efficiently and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair, but he also
took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. This gave me great
confidence in the work he was doing and that I was paying a fair price for what I’ve got.
After some terrible experience with repairs from other companies in the past, it was so nice to be
dealing with someone who is both competent and honest. I'll definitely do
business with “A Plus Appliance Group”.

Our dryer was staining our clothes and failing to turn off. Two other people had been out to look at it. Neither seemed to have any idea what was really wrong with it, and one person asked for a lot more money to fix it (and I now realize their diagnosis of the problem was wrong!)
Serge not only repaired and cleaned the dryer, he did a small repair on our fridge gratis. I would absolutely work with him again on any and all of our appliances: he is honest, smart and he knows his business. He was a pleasure to work with.
