Received quick and courteous service. Very knowledgeable about old coins. No pressure to sell coins to them. Options were clearly explained. Cost of service applies only to coins sold to them; the difference between what is paid for the coins vs what they would be sold for.

They were very hospitable and explained everything. They checked my jewelry for gold and silver; they checked my coin and gave me the best price for the coin. I had to park in front of their place and had to pay for a parking meters and they reimbursed me for the parking meter. We talked and they gave me some other references for people they used; they even gave references for handymen and locksmiths. They lady took my jewelry for gold so I walked away with some nice cash! It was kind of like a family. They were very punctual and attentive.

They are very honest and pay honest. I've dealt with a lot of places and they are one of the better ones. They would take time to lookup the actually weight on the coins and they made sure to pay me the exact spot. There are a lot of shops that try to discount you off of the spot price. In the past month and a half, I've had three experiences with them and every time I've been very happy.
