J.D.'s Repair The Small Job Specialist

I have used John many times to do different things over the years from building a small retaining wall to reconfiguring a wall and mounting a large screen TV.  This time, he came through for me once again in a big way.  He and I walked through the house and made a list of what needed to be done.  We painted some rooms totally, and he said to save money, he could match the colors and just do a wall here and there in others.  He grouted, acid washed things, replaced all the worn and tired looking can lights, fixed a weirdly hung door, removed old rotting wood from the overhang on the roof and replaced and painted it good as new, replaced missing tile in the swimming pool, and many more things.  He was my one man army and saved me countless hours of worry and lots of money had I hired several people to do what he did.  I couldn't have gotten my house ready in time if it had not been for him.  He is talented, meticulous, friendly, cheerful, trustworthy, and is always looking out for ways to do the job well but to also save you money.  I cannot recommend him more highly.  He's a good guy, very talented, and a real find.

He did a great job. He took no time in getting started and completed the work in the time we agreed. His work was well detailed and made to last. I highly recommend him if you have a lot of repairs needed as John is very knowledge in several fields.
