I am one of those people who just doesn't like bugs and generally keep an ongoing pest control contract with regular service. I found Paragon to be very responsive and courteous, but I am not sure how thorough their service is. Perhaps the market here just requires less work, but they complete their service in about 1/4 of the time as in my previous experience in other locations. Since I have a new home, where the ground was significantly pest treated, it is tough to judge the true performance. For now, I give them a B grade. If I stay pest free during the next 6 months, I'll move it to an A.
