We do all of our work according to the IICRC standard of care and consistent with the EPA and The American Industrial Hygiene Associations recommendations for remediation. Just treating mold with chemicals is not considered a proper remediation technique. It is important to use an experienced and certified contractor. Radon is an inert soil gas that can rise into your home and cause lung cancer. It is very common in the Tahoe Area, and unless you have you home tested, you will not know the levels you and your family are can be exposed to. We provide short term and long term radon testing services. We are happy to let you know what would be best for your situation. If it is found that there are high levels of Radon in your home, Tahoe Mold and Water will give you a free estimate on mitigation to reduce it to a safer level. Lastly we are a high quality restoration and construction firm. We use only the most qualified and competent tradesman to rebuild your home to a level that is consistent or better than its pre loss condition. When dealing with an unexpected remodel it is important to deal with a contracted experienced with handing very tight construction schedules.
