They bill us monthly. The service costs us a lot. We have 3 cars, a trailer and the house so a lot of it goes to State farm for our coverage. I work with a girl that's under the agent, her name is Michelle Kuennen. She's like the office manager there. She is very helpful and she responds to all my questions and everything. I have been working with her for a long time. I would rate them high because of her.

I have been with them for about 22 years. I think my insurance agent's office could use some more knowledgeable people. I've had problems with the people in her office and the last time I called I spoke directly to my agent. That was a good experience but before that it hadn't been. I pretty much have to continue using them.
