UNPROFESSIONAL, TOOK OUR MONEY AND OUR FENCE ! We hired Robert Gomez owner of G&F wrought iron 18 months ago before Covid 19. Without a doubt the most UNPROFESSIONAL contractor we have ever hired with deep regret and empty pockets. Refuses to help the customers. Argumentative, dishonest, can't keep appointments or return phone calls. We understand we are not alone. This is simply unacceptable business practices. Too many other honest contractors available that respect you and your hard earned money. He robs Peter to pay Paul. All we can say is by our experience with Robert Gomez Jr. over 18 months of agony trying to get what was agreed on our contact is going to involve CSLB and an attorney. Run from this guy and his crew !

I HAVE COVID 19 AND I'M FILING BANKRUPTCY ON MY BUSINESS ! Yet, Robert Gomez Jr. owner of G&F Wrought Iron is still working in four counties as I write this review. Keep your hard earned money away from Robert Gomez Jr. owner of G&F wrought iron. We've been waiting since we signed a contract over a year and 6 months. He promised my wife and I the moon and left us with nothing but rusted post throughout our property. He even took our 30' of perfectly good cedar wood fencing & 6' pedestrian gate down for his personal goat pen on his property with the promise that our new replacement wrought iron fencing was already in the process and would be installed ASAP. We've been left for over 10 months with our yard wide open and unsecured with his lies and deception as he methodically weaved his way into our pocketbook fraudulently with no intent to ever complete this project. We have left hundreds of VM's, text, emails etc. to no avail. He tells us to sue him or go after his bond or better yet he wants to give us our deposit back which wouldn't cover the damages that he and his crew have done to our property. Broken sprinkler lines, drip lines sliced through, cut our sprinkler wires, damaged and broke our retractable hose box, killed our plants from the leaching concrete, burnt our lawn and have concrete splatter on the exterior walls on our brand new home. Always left trash and scraps at the end of the day. We are thousands of dollars into this project with permits, CAD drawings and his deposits and Robert Gomez has the audacity to send pictures of our RV gates in a hodunk barn in the middle of nowhere stating " here's your gates " SUE ME !
