"Hi [Member name removed], what a shame , you had me diagnosing for a water leaks that you had no idea where it was coming for and it was raising your water bill every month , and i helped get it figured out for about 45 min and gave all my professional advises as well . all that was out my valuable time and it was not covered under the 99$ fee . i was catching leaving helping not to get your pool dirty while we were testing the water fall for any potential cause of leak !!! about the toilets , one was already leaking and in need of a new tank kit , the second one is on its way to leak and it was wise to just do both at the same time ( toilet tune up is to check for leaks wich i did , adjust the chain and water level wich was not needed ) i also asked twice wich drain would you like me to clear for but you did not want to .. if you would have mentioned to me that you were not happy , i would have offered to stop the call and give your money back , i will contact angies list and see how they can reimburse you"
