We purchased a Christmas tree from this nursery. One of their employees put it in the back of my truck. I asked him to wait until I could get inside the cab and reach through into the shell to lift up the base. Instead of waiting he simply kept shoving the tree in. The base snagged on the futon carpeting in the truck and tore a hole in it. I phoned up and spoke to the owner, who simply said it wasn't there responsibility because they have signs posted that they are not responsible. No apology, no nothing.
