True Blue Plumbing and Rooter

We called this company because washing machine water was backing up into the shower. They determined the main sewer line needed to be replaced at a significant cost $26,000. Upon completion, the water still backed up into the shower. This company would not fix it unless we paid an additional $4000. They were hired to fix a specific problem but insisted they needed more money in order to do so. Total BS! Look elsewhere if you want to be treated fairly and not overcharged.

Work was performed neatly and efficiently. He is neat and professional. Fully vaccinated and licensed. He brought everything he needed including a floor mat for the oven to sit on while he worked on the wall behind it. Highly recommended!

I really can’t say enough good things about True Blue. Juan and his guys were A+ start to finish. First and foremost I received four separate quotes and Juan was far and away the best price. Now I’m usually a firm believer in “you get what you pay for.” With that said, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the services I received. I was outside with the guys almost the entire time because I was working on other projects in my house. Watching them work was awesome and impressive. Please let this review be a deciding factor if you’re looking for a plumber. I’m highly critical of people who do work for me. I feel like if I paying for a service I should get exactly what I want. With Juan and his guys, that’s exactly what you.

True Blue is a professional company that I have been working with for years and will continue with for any plumbing issues! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I love that they take the time to answer all questions regardless of how silly they might be and always follow up with how the work went after if I’m still satisfied with the job performance. I highly recommend them!

Grate, professional and fast response

Juan and his team did an excellent job for us. They worked within our time frame and answered many questions throughout the process. Juan was mindful of our budget and worked with us to make a substantial job within our reach. Other companies that we contacted were not willing to do this. I would recommend True Blue Plumbing to anybody looking for an experienced and conscientious plumbing company.

I can't say enough of True Blue Plumbing. My family and I own several apartment buildings and they have always provided grade A service over the last few years. The techs are professional, informative, clean and always come through with their jobs in a timely manner.

True Blue is beyond awesome. They thoroughly investigate to understand the problem. They have done several types of plumbing jobs for us and we wouldn't ever use anyone else. They explain the failure details so its completely understandable. They explain the details of the solution so you understand their process and how long it will take. As they work, they told us of progress or any surprises. Since Covid-19 we had to reroute our kitchen and garage pipes to the exterior of the house so we didn't have to go into the foundation which saved us more than a lot of money. It was a multiple day job and a big one. Every day they told us when they would be here, they showed us the progress each day and they wore masks and distanced from us so we were safe. They were really busy at the time and figured out a way to fit us in. They are so kind and honest. If they see something that may not be safe or to code they point it out to us so we have the option to resolve and keep our house safe. We have absolutely NO complaints about them. NO we are not related; they're just THAT good. You won't be disappointed.

This company is amazing! Juan the owner is Very friendly and explains everything before the job is started. All the boys feel like family. The first job we had them do was to fix a leak under the house. New pipes were placed with a new clean out put in. All work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned every up very well before they finished. I can highly highly recommend True Blue Plumbing and Rooter. Always smiley faces even when it is a hard dirty job.

They did an excellent service. The price was fair. They were honest and did a great work. I would recommend them to all. They were very thorough.

Great! We notice the leak Friday Night and we were planning to travel Saturday AM. True Blue came out quickly and did a temporary repair to stop the leak. When we returned home we contacted them and they returned to do a permanent fix. Giovanni did a perfect job and we have already scheduled him to return to handle another plumbing problem. These guys are the best!
