I called St. Charles and Sons the evening after I noticed water stains on my ceiling after a heavy rain. Todd called me the next morning and set an appointment to check my roof at 11:00 am that day. He and an assistant arrived exactly on time. While Todd noted the location of the stains inside the house the assistant set up the ladder. They were on the roof about twenty minutes. Todd told me that the leak was by chimney. There were loose tiles and the paper had been scorched, probably during the brush-fires several years ago. Todd told me that they could repair the paper and reset the tiles. He also said he had checked the rest of the roof and there was a missing cap and several pipes needed to be sealed and painted. Then he mentioned that the chimney cap had blown off-center and he had repositioned it while he was up on the roof. He came and repaired the roof. There have been several day of rain since then and no evidence of more leaking.

The workers arrived on time every day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. The job was completed on time. Todd, the owner, responded immediately to one small complaint that I had and took care of it the same day. No money was exchanged until after the job was done. I asked for warranty information and received it shortly after the completion of the work. They even removed an old antenna and hauled it away at no charge. It was nice to see Todd there working too, not just supervising the job.

Easy to do business with. Very professional and responsive. Showed up on time, did good work and cleaned up. Work was completed within agreed upon time frames. Would definitely hire again.
