I like Roberto and the two ladies, who work with him. The first visit was great and ran about 2 hours, but subsequent visits were shorter and shorter, which you could chalk up to them becoming more familiar with the house, but unfortunately that wasn't really the case. They left debris in the corners of our floors and while countertops were wiped down, they weren't actually clean, when they left. We did eventually let them go because, while they were affordable, they never left the house as clean, as I'd hope (clean counters, floors free of debris, carpeting with no obvious crumbs, etc).
