One time they came out because my toilet was over flowing. Mike came out and he was wonderful. A second time they had to come because the sink pipe had split open. It appeared the weld had failed. They told me I needed to replace the whole garbage disposal and the pipe. When I asked they told me that it would be of equal quality as the original, but it was of lower quality. First, they did not want to change it and I threatened them with bad Angie's List report, it was a struggle. I called them again and they sent someone to check the disposal. They eventually sent Mike back out to replace the disposal with a new version of the one I had originally had.
