Prime Access Control should get 6 stars in my eyes. My mom and I bought a cute house in Long Beach a few years ago with a really bad gate. Our gate was really two 11 foot gates that came together to close our yard. Both of them were rusted and ugly. I would have to use my body weight as a counter balance to open them, Ugh! We requested quotes from many "gate guys". We were told it was too custom, or we would need to redo the whole drive way, or just no thank you. Prime Access Control response was very positive. They told us exactly what needed to be done. The time line we were given was 2-3 weeks to fabricate and one day for install. The gates were done in 1.5 week and installed in half a day. Everything was done exactly as we were told. Now we can open the gates with 1 hand easily. The price was close to what I expected, since they seemed custom. Now I just need to keep the dog from peeing on our new fence. On a personal note, everyone I met from Prime was so nice. Big recommendations from us!

Flawless work. Amazing attention to detail. I showed them what I wanted and they delivered exactly what I asked for right on time. Extremely responsive. My new gate is literally a work of art. These guys are total professionals and so great to work with. Will hire again for a new fence and another gate. Absolute perfection!!!
