They gave us a life time warranty. tTey came on time and did everything. It was a great job and we have not had any problem with our garage since then. The pricing was a little high.

a while ago I had some decorative panels added to the inside of my doors. The additions ended up adding weight to the doors. The 1/2 hp motors were auto reversing after the panels were added. I had another highly rayed company come out and he said it might need springs, maybe a new 3/4 hp motor or both. He said it was a complicated balancing act and not easy to do. So he adjusted something and that kind of worked but the motors were straining and shaking in my opinion. I later thought this can't be right. I have no where near the heaviest doors ever used! I called On Trac as they are a Lift Master premium dealer. Easy to schedule, honest about options and pricing on the phone. The guy comes prepared to change both motors to their top of the line 3/4 HP best drive motor and/or new springs. I leave him alone. 1/2 hr later, done. The doors are smooth as silk, centered properly and bolts all tightened and checked! $99! A fraction of what I expected. No parts! Excellent! Great job folks!

They were very nice. They seemed to rush through what should have been an all day job to get to another one. When I called to say I din't think the work was completed, they were very responsive and sent someone out to assess the situation very promptly. He then came back and completed the work as promised. My only complaint, and I am no expert, is that they seemed to use the cheapest wood humanly possible. There were so many knotholes in the lumber, it took me many days to prep the surface for painting. It looks nice now, but I sure hid a lot of issues. The most noticeable part of the framing, the center joint, didn't meet up correctly, so it was never flat. One side protruded out on top and the other side protruded out at the bottom. I imagine if I complained about it they would come make some adjustment, but I just wanted it to be over with. I LOVE the door itself!!
Competitor came to give me an estimate, someone you see on TV all the time, and they completely creeped me out. The OnTrac salesman was completely thorough and professional. When I told him I needed time to make a decision he said I had 30 days, and when I called him on the 29th day he still remembered me. This was the provider Costco set me up with. Since I have lifetime warranty and only 1 door, I probably won't need to use them again, but I surely would if I bought another property.

They came and took everything out in less than 2 hours. The quality of work was great. I would definitely recommend them.
