Well, I always have a list of things for him to do, he is more of an handy man than construction. He has put in gutters, light bulbs, and a fence repair. I see him 2 -3 times a year and he fixes everything on my list. I have used him for 10+ years. He charges by the hour. There is a 4 hour minimum, and he is always very fair. He is my friend, through the years, we have become friends. I have referred him to my friends.

He really is the best. My method is always to keep a running list of things that need to be done. When my list is big enough, I call Kurt, he gets me on his calendar and I fax him my list so he comes prepared.
Kurt is reliable and punctual and always seems to have so much gratitude for the work. Over the years, I'm pleased to call him my friend.

Excellent. Kurt is a craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He'll take a door on and off over and over to plane it to just the right size.
