Roofing
The job required removing the old composition roof and replace with hot tar on fiberglass matting. This produced a great deal of black old tar dust. No effort was made to protect awnings, patio etc. from damage.
As a result, black dust impregnated the awnings, and hot tar dripped on them as well as the patio. The awnings are ruined. During the installation they broke the top of the chimney (that I only noticed after 90% payment was made) as well as a tile of the patio was broken off.
The stucco remains dirtied.
They refuse to respond to correspondence to correct the damage.
