CSA Plumbing And Rooter

Had to go up on the roof and clear drain thru an exaust pipe.

We called CSA and left a message.  They called us back and we arranged an appointment for the same day. CSA arrived at 10:00AM and cleared our drainage system. We paid Alex and he went on to his next appointment, simple as that!

It was all positive and they are very direct and they did their business well. I didn't have any complaints and they spoke very thoroughly and the price was quoted accurately upfront. I don't have anything negative to say.

Overall, the work that was done seems to have been satisfactory. However, the lack of follow up on the estimates is disappointing and the confusion about the water regulator is troublesome since it was contradicted by a different plumber.

I would not use this plumber again.

On the same day of my initial call to this company, plumber Javier arrived within the promised appointment-window and needed a little help with directions to our residence, because we live in a slightly remote location, and sometimes GPS sends you to the wrong neighborhood. Shortly after he arrived a friend stopped by to drop off some borrowed items, so now there were too many vehicles in the driveway to turn around easily, and backing down is not a good option because the driveway winds around trees and rocks and gravel. Javier helped direct her to turn her car around while I turned on the faucets in the house. The repair job only took a few minutes and he tried to salvage the cheap splitter which was pretty much a goner from the heat and corrosion. When he was done he offered to reattach the disconnected hose which I appreciated  because I'm usually a klutz at this really simple stuff. Now I am happy and relieved that I won't unexpectedly find the backyard flooded. This was an overall pleasant experience and I would use this plumbing outfit again.

Our repairman Louie arrived on time, was neatly dressed, and performed his work very carefully so as not to drip water or soil our floors. He is a strong man and was able to haul the toilet/tank combination out to the yard for inspection and testing without any help.He worked very professionally and had us back in operation within the hour. He also provided some good advice about the toilet supply valve and pipe that will help prevent possible future breakage and flooding.

Got a referral from Larry and Joe's for CSA. I called. Alex came when he said he would. Unclogged the toilet. Made sure it was unclogged. Didn't leave a mess. He was very personable - the cat even liked him. He did what he said he would - didn't try to up-sell. Cost what he said. That is all anyone can ask for.
