Checkered Flag Plumbing

I ended up getting my sewer line installed in 2012 but years later, recently I had an issue with my toilet and the guy crawled under the house and saw that the drain to a bathroom sink was detached and the pipe that was used was 2" and should have been 3" and the incline wasn't slanted enough so that made the toilet clogged and this guys gave a guarantee for 15 years but wasn't worth having them do it again. So hired someone that knew what they were doing and not trying to cheat on parts. Don't use because they aren't honest.

They were running a deal for $54 to snake, but when they came they claimed they couldn't unclock the drain and that I needed $2800 to re-pipe the entire house. Not only that but they used fear tactics to tell us that all of our water was draining under the house so that it was virtually a sewer under my house. We were told not to use the plumbing, and that the 'sewer' under my house would cause disease and termites etc (crazy fear tactics). We decided to get a second opinion from Pete's Plumbing (A+++ for Petes!) who told us we were getting scammed and that there wasn't a DROP of water under our house.
Long story short...these guys are crooks!

The work they did didn't pass inspection. We now have to get quotes to repair and replace what they did do.

Could not clear drain. Returned following day with "supervisort" and camera and gave me an estimate of over $700 to repair the drain. Called a different company for a second opinion. They cleared tha drain in minutes with the same equipment that Checked Flag used. This company is a big rip off. Have been waiting for a refund from them for 6 weeks and am getting nowhere.

See above...Again, the plumbers were very friendly and professional....

I searched for companies that would offer a reasonable price on drain cleaning, because I wanted to clean out 5 drains (mostly preventative cleaning). This company advertised a price with a note that restrictions may apply but did not provide the nature of these restrictions and it also had coupons on-line that I downloaded. I called to make the appointment and the dispatcher could not answer any of my questions about the low price coupons. I was told to speak to the technician about this when they arrived at my house. When the technician came to my house, he assessed the requested work and gave me an estimate. I presented the coupons and the technician seemed to be confused about them -- I don't think he'd every seen or heard of them. After an exchange about the coupons, he agreed to lower the price, but it was no way connected to the coupon stated price -- still I thought it was fair.  In doing the drain cleaning, however, another "problem" was discovered but I refused to authorize the additional work. The technician continued to work but could not complete the drain work because of another problem which could be solved if I took care of the original additional problem that he had found. The technician was working hard to complete the work and I decided to go ahead and authorize the additional work, which led to another problem which required cutting a piece of drywall out behind the sink which resulted in a taped up hole visible in a main room in the house. In the end all work was completed but despite the technician working hard and trying to keep things clean as he worked, I was left with a hole in the drywall, contents of cabinets that provided access for cleaning drains stacked or lined up on the floor in several rooms, and some additional cleaning to do.
