Bino is excellent, reasonably-priced and versatile. They can do anything. Over 20+ years, they have handled all our maintenance, repair and construction needs. From flood and mold remediation to roofing, appliances, painting and carpet, they do it all with skill and ingenuity. "They are one of the few companies in the Valley that I would allow in my own house," a top builder told us. We recommend them to all our friends.

Called back for a kitchen remodel and other items and never heard back from them afte an appointment was made.

They redid shower in condo master bath due to leaking shower pan, retiled whole thing. Result - uneven floor - drainage not perfect. Did not install drain cover with screws so that it can be removed if need for maintenance, instead whole drain cover has to be cut out and then revealed in. Also, supervisor rarely showed and left 2 workers alone who did not speak any English to do the job. They did not seal the white tile on floor so when finished it had dirty footprints that wouldn't come out. For $3000 I would have appreciated having a pristine brand new clean shower for at least a day. Will not use them again.

I have been using them for years and they have been excellent.

Showed up on time, dealt with unexpected illegally-parked car which blocked required ladder access to site, explained process to very difficult client multiple times, performed work quickly and expertly, cleaned up and restored everything to its former location. Polite and professional at all times.
This is the second time I've used Bino for projects. The first project was a $2,000+ repair of extensive carpet and drywall water damage from a broken dishwasher hose in a condo. In both cases, Bino's estimate was very competitive and the job was completed on time at the agreed upon price and the quality of the work was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again.
