Was to come to me today for repair and they strung us along all day and finally called us and told us they would not come today and that I should call the manufacturer of the water heater. Why did they wait so long now difficult to find someone else today.

Gas Piping
The Rescue Rooter technicians are very professional, diagnose/evaluate the problem before offering repair suggestions, and offer good options for the customer. The technicians are very hard working and careful. The gas re-piping project involves a lot of work under the house in a small/cramped crawl space. They are doing a herculean job completing this project.

The estimate was $200 but turned into $2400 for two drainage problems during a storm. Very polite young man. One drain resolved, not the second. We're going elsewhere!

They reponded quickly. Called when they were delayed and then showed up on time on their revised time. They did the work fast and efficient at the lowest cost possibe. In this day and age with service being less than par with more emphasis on bottom line than customer satisfaction, it was a great experience. BRAVO

I called a bunch of other companies no one was either knowledgeable or as honest with my options. If you have very hectic pluming issues no one else knows how to deal with... try these guys out. Russell helped me out. The guy is a champ.

I did not get the work I wanted done. I wanted the indoor plumbing repaired that he refused to do and just wanted to do the outdoor. I paid way too much and I still have a pipe that needs replacing. Awful experience.
