Alvarez pool plumbing arrived as scheduled and spent about half an hour diagnising and fixing the problem with the plugged skimmer. They provided a concise explanation of the problem and what they did to fix it. In addition they provided advice on preventing the same issue in the future.

Overall, very good.

We had to call back to Ray to get a bigger valve put in on the main gas feed line to the new heater.
The work was completed in less than half an hour, and was relatively inexpensive.

Overall experience was very good. Good response time on estimate and the installation. The workers sent were professional, worked hard, and cleaned up after the end of the day of installation. Ray, the owner, was very knowledgeable when assessing the general existing conditions, and experienced in what had to be replaced to get the spa working on our budget. He came in the morning to get his workers started, and checked back later in the day, making sure all was progressing to his standards. The final price paid was what was estimated, and all the equipment is working as promised. I would recommend Ray and his company highly.

I am absolutely overwhelmed with this job. I couldn t believe how professional this company was. They showed up on schedule, I mean they was not a second early or a second late. That was definitely an A+ for me. They did excellent with the pool and they did a wonderful job cleaning up to. I told my wife how amazed I was at their courteousness and professionalism. I just couldn't believe it.

This company was found by my builder. I trust his judgment implicitly so if he trusts Alvarez, then I trust them too. They provided me with satisfactory services and I would use them again. We paid our contractor for this pool work and he would have paid them so I can not comment exactly on price. I found their work to be thorough, however, and we have had no problems with anything they did on our property.
