 + -1 moreThey are really cool. My experience with them was very positive. Everything was done on time and they are really helpful. They are willing to go outside of their way to do something like in my case, I wasn't sure about the engine I was thinking about buying so they actually made the extra effort to go see the engine where it was. It wasn't taken to their shop. They are willing to work with you no matter what kind of situation you're in and they are thorough.

 + 1 moreThey replaced the steering shaft, removed and replaced a leaking muffler, replaced a leaking water pump, rotated and checked tires, they fixed a serpentine belt, and changed my oil filters. They also drained the gasket air filter and checked the suspension. I felt like they were very fair, and did a nice job. They seemed honest, and I never felt like they were taking advantage of me. I felt like their main concern was my safety and making sure the car was in sound shape. Everything they did absolutely needed to be done. The muffler was so loud when I took it in and there was a loud "clunk" sound with the steering wheel. They fixed it all!
Description of Work: I took my 2004 Rav 4 in for some problems.

They went over to the other dealer and paid for the re-repair and sent it back to it. I appreciate how they took responsibility and stepped up and fixed the issue.
