It's very, very good. They're extremely timely. They give you time that got you ready. They're very good about giving a quick call. The prices are remarkably less than other facilities or rather companies I've done in the past. They're consistent and I got an excellent taken care of my car and say no charge for a two minute service.

They took me to work, and picked me up at end-of-day.

John is an honest, sincere, hardworking mechanic who worked h****** my car. He is not an expert on Lexus vehicles however, and even with consulting Lexus mechanics, he wasn't able to find the source of the oil leak. He fixed the head gasket however, enabling me to drive the car when I didn't think this would be possible without spending a fortune.

Been coming to Zuccato's for about 5 years. They work in my Saturn and Taurus. I love them. They have worked on everything from replacing my tail light buld (at no charge) to major problems. They are honest and will try and save you money if they can. I've never left unhappy. Small no frill shop. Don't expect your car detailed or washed, it won't happen. But expect great service. They have a great sense of humor.

Brakes very smooth after repair. Lexus dealership was unable to correct this problem during last service.

His prices are extremely reasonable and he?s a very nice person. I used to go to the dealership but I got an estimate about a month ago that was $1500 without labor. I went to John and he did all of the work for $300 and that included labor. They are a very busy shop but they are extremely honest and wonderful to deal with. The way they interact with the public is impressive; they respect you no matter how much or little you know about cars. They give you a rough estimate and they'll call you before they fix anything to make sure you want to spend the money. If they tell you they are going to get it back to you by late afternoon, they have it back to you by late afternoon. There is nothing I dislike about my experiences with them.

This company is so honest and nice. I called the Toyota dealer to ask about getting a 30k miles tune-up and was told that it would cost @$350 and takes 5 hours to do the work. I called Zuccato's and was told that at 30k miles, it's mainly an oil change, tire rotation, and some other stuff that I can't remember. He said, there's a lot of verbiage on the list of things to check that he'll do anyway when the car is up, but he doesn't charge for verbiage. He gave me an estimate of $70 and that's exactly what I paid. He also told me I needed new tires, which I did, and gave me a really good and accurate price on them, but told me that I had some time so I should check around for the best price. I'm definitely taking my cars back here for any repair services. This kind of honesty is rare and should be rewarded.
