The work was okay. The installation went well, but they did not respond the way that I would have liked when we ran into problems. I was finally able to get a technician to come out and repair the problems. They were punctual for the installation, but I felt that they could have been much better with the problems.
Description of Work: Window Max replaced all of the windows and sliding doors in my home.

I later thought of giving them a quote to repair our front door but then decided against it. Unfortunately they lost an opportunity to get business of my 20 other friends. Too bad.
Description of Work: I gave them my work based on their rating at BBB. The work was for replacement of windows and patio door for the entire house. We previously had single-pane windows and these guys installed double pane windows and patio door in the entire house. Overall the quality of the work was just OK but the back door lock does not latch right. I called them several times to fix it but they could not fix it. Even though they gave Lifetime warranty but refused to honor the work.

I did not have a very good experience with this company. The work that was performed was really average. I was not impressed with their service. The windows installed are falling apart, and they have only been in my house for 6 months. There is a lifetime warranty however. I wouldn't recommend them at all. The pricing was good, but the installation was not.

Very disappointed. When I went to put up my mini blinds, I noticed that one window was crooked. I called them to come and fix it, and they never returned my call nor did they ever come back. So now we have a crooked window.
Description of Work: Put 11 new windows in my home.
