TW PAINTING

I heard about Tom from a good friend who lives in Sunnyvale. He had painted her house, and some others on her street, and they were all happy with his work.
I live many miles away and needed a painter who could work with me remotely painting a rental property. Tom worked very well with me in this awkward situation. He was very comfortable using email, texting, phone messages and photos. I also needed someone who was willing to coordinate with the tenant each day throughout the project. He came through beautifully on all fronts. He's very comfortable with all the latest communication necessities. He got right back to both of us both when we contacted him, and when he had something to share with us.

Tom did an estimate for an and quot;over the top paint joband quot; first. I told him I wanted to spend less, so he agreed to skip some things that weren't really needed and lowered the price.
He got started right away after the holidays. We were under time pressure because rain was coming. Tom helped pick the colors. We talked about it first, then he sent me his suggestion. I used Kelly Moore's online paint color selector to view his idea, then picked out my own color. Since he was buying his paint at Kelly Moore, I was able to visit a local store near where I live to see the actual paint chips. Note: the paint chips themselves are very different from what I saw online. Don't skip this step.
Tom sent lots of pictures of the house for all stages - before, during prep, almost done, then trim.
One thing I liked was he let me know during the project when he wouldn't be on site. Another thing I liked is that he's a local from that area. He's easy to deal with - comfortable with himself, his trade, other people - personable and likeable. The tenant liked working with Tom and loved his work and our color selections. He also gave me lots of information about the house that I couldn't tell from photos - the condition of the fencing, condition of wood on the house, condition of windows, etc.
The pictures of the house look great and we're all very pleased with how it came out.

The ceiling repair done in December of 2012 was excellent and it was a joy to have the repair done so beautifully to a ceiling that had been so botched up by another company.
The interior painting I had done in 2010 was excellent. I had different colors in each room The painting was meticulous. The owner, Tom Watson, is on every job and he has a very professional staff that works with him. The work was done in a very timely manner. This company offers everything one would want when hiring a painter - knowledge of paint and correct application, honesty, fairness in pricing, dependability and punctuality.
I highly recommend TW Painting and is the only painting service I will ever use. My experience with this company has always been very pleasant because of the ease of doing business with them and their excellent work.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job even though they ran into unexpected challenges with the job. My house looks beautiful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
