Cesarâ s bid was fair and his crew exceptional, Romero and Florencio as well as the other two helpers were efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day, Cesar checked in and began the work. The project entailed refinishing the kitchen cabinets, replacing wainscoting, chair railing and baseboards as well as painting the front of the house. Overall I would recommend Toto,s Painting and Cabinets to anyone, they will be back to do the rest of the interior painting.

We were very pleased with the professional quality of painting on our kitchen cabinets. They look better than the original paint job when the cabinets were installed approximately 25 years ago. Cesar made sure we understood in advance what to expect at each step throughout the process. We hired Toto's based on their 5 star reviews and were not disappointed. We would definitely hire them again. Added on 6-10-22 It has now been more than 18 months since they completed the job and the paint still looks like new. Easy to wipe off and clean when needed. The best work we've had done on our home in years!

In this case it was soot damage from a closed damper. My fireplace mantel and surround, walls, crown and ceiling were covered in soot. Toto immediately ascertained the damage, took the mantel and surround to his shop for relacquering. The painter came and repainted the damage. The job was finished exceeding expectations . I would highly recommend Toio's. All was repaired and replaced within two weeks.

Toto's Painting was prompt and efficient. They had great ideas and were not reluctant to provide suggestions whereas other companies would not help out with some fresh ideas or just didn't have the expertise to give information. Toto's is a good company and I strongly recommend them.

Cesar is a very personable owner, has a great eye for design and detail and offers competitive pricing. We had our kitchen cabinet frames refurbished and he put on new cabinet doors. Sadly, his company failed to paint the cabinets properly and after less than 1 year the "lacquer" that he promised would last for "years and years looking brand new" are cracking and peeling all over. He has given all kind of excuses the most recent that we are not keeping the cabinets "dry enough" and it is our fault. We have consulted with both cabinet refurbish and paint professionals and all agree that the Toto's company failed to coat the lacquer properly and they should completely redo it at company expense. Cesar suggested a re-do at my expense. I cannot recommend.

Cesar and his team did a thorough a job of stripping the old cabinets and applying the new finishes. Cesar recommended a dark finish, and I was glad I took his recommendation. The cabinets look beautiful--our friends can't believe they're not new. Cesar was also good about communicating schedule, etc.

Cesar had the best solution for our problem - we were refinishing a large countertop that had been done wrong by our painter. He came in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. The quality was terrific. the only thing we had some issues with was an occasional missed expectation. He was slightly more expensive than others, but he was the only one who recommended an alternative coating and he hit on the right solution. We are very happy with the results and have recommended him to others.

The project included the replacement of two custom bathroom vanities. To fit within the overall timeline of the remodel project, the vanities needed to be completed within 10 days. The staff of Toto's Painting promptly arrived for the first appointment, shared expert advice on whether to refinish, reface or replace. We decided to replace the vanities. I am very please with the quality and workmanship of the products. Cesar and his staff were quick, responsive, and courteous at all times and worked well with the construction manager of our project. I highly recommend Toto Painting to others and would not hesitate to use them again.
