+ -1 moreThe Thomas agent was very nice, very professional, and seemed to know the business. Unfortunately, the quote that was returned was well over twice the price of quotes given by two other moving companies, with no rationale for why it was so far out of whack. When I called to ask if I had misunderstood the number, I was assured I read it correctly. No one followed up with me to ask if I had any questions, or to find out why I did not choose the company. It was as if they didn't want the job, so they priced it out of the market.
Description of Work: Requested estimate for complicated move (move some items from condo to apartment, move remaining items into storage; then move from storage and the apartment into new home at a later date).

+ -1 moreEVERYTHING WAS DONE VERY INDEPENDENTLY AND WE HAD ALL THE RESOURCES TO GET THE JOB DONE AT OUR OWN PACE. THERE WAS NO QUESTIONING OF WHAT TIME WE NEEDED TO GET BACK AND THEY MADE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

+ -1 moreThe company did a very good job. They actually come in and move your things. They handle your personal belongings with care, and they also will store your things if needed. The people are very nice and respectful. They make sure nothing happens to your stuff.
