I think they did a better job than they did previously. I think they were pretty responsive. Their punctuality was fine too. They were okay. They had good price. They did a pretty good job. They were pretty punctual. I might look for someone a little better but I think because they had good price, they got the job. Previously, they came in with high prices but they learned to put their prices down to get the job.

I had previously used Kelly's Stump removal to my greatest satisfaction, and during that job, in talking to Kelly, I realized that he knew a great deal about trees--he was not just a stump grinder.

I asked him for an opinion on one of my pines that had a heavy branch hanging over my neighbor's power line. As the conversation progressed, it came out that Kelly also has a tree service, and that he has an arborist who could give me more specific details about the health of the trees on my property. So, I told him, and quot;Let's set up an appointment.and quot;

Jim Lewis promptly came out to the house. Jim really knows his stuff. He is prompt, courteous, and very experienced. At first I just wanted to take care of the branch hanging over the power line. And then I asked Jim to assess the other trees on the property. Jim was so thorough: he explained in detail the status of my trees, the potential problems they were developing and the options I had to manage the trees. There was no sales pressure, it was up to me.

I hired the Tree Team to trim and balance 6 very large trees that surround our house. Five of the trees are over 50 feet tall--four pines and two huge acacias.

The job was scheduled for a day and a half, but in fact it only took one day. The team was four men. They arrived early. The crew chief briefed the men, then they went to work. They are very well organized, and work quickly. They are true professionals. It's a pleasure to watch them work.

Though tree cutting is messy work, they left our property clean and tidy.

Jim Lewis called a couple of days later, following up to make sure everything was okay with the job--that's the work of a true professional, and I appreciated it.

Over the years, I have used four different tree companies. The Tree Team stands head and shoulders above them all. I would use them again, and again.
