Sunroom and Patio Service
It went pretty bad. The sun room ultimately did not live up to the company's assertions. They were contractually obligated to start in one month and finish in a month. Verbally, he said he would begin in two weeks and finish in two weeks. In reality, they started in three months and finished in 10 days. During the delay, the company did not return phone calls or follow up on any of a number of promises. The salesman claims the delay was caused by a death in the family of a key employee. While this may be true, I would still expect a backup from "the west coast's largest sun room company." Also, this does not excuse the excessive delay. The in-house demo demonstrated the efficiency of the windows and foam. Demo aside, when the sun room was installed, it didn't live up. This room is cold, it feels drafty, and you can hear the outside very clearly. The company did not install gutters, which I do not recall if they promised them or not.
