Kirk was great.  He was recommended by the supplier of our new counters.  Kirk was there immediately after counters were installed.  The faucet install was complicated because we further requested that he install 12 new shut-off valves, and new hardware for two tub/showers.  Additional problem was that we wanted to reuse two faucet assemblies, so Kirk had to refurbish them.  All in all, he had great attention to detail, and kept us totally informed as to problems and progress.  Without doubt, I would recommend him to anyone with a similar job.

Kirk (the owner, operator) is the first plumber my very picky husband has ever truly trusted. He is smart, conscientious, honest, and extremely reliable. Even before starting the job, he came over on two different occasions to check it out and then took it upon himself to go to the city's building department and speak with an inspector to be sure they were on the same page. When it came time to do the work he was on time, did the work beautifully, and left the worksite tidy. We were serving as our own general contractors for this project and if it weren't for Kirk's help dealing with some problems with the tiling, we would have been sunk. He came by two times after the plumbing had been roughed in to advise us on how to proceed. We are so grateful to Kirk and so pleased to have finally found a plumber of his caliber.
