I couldn't possibly be more happy with the windows. In 2008 when I had them installed, I don't think there were better insulating windows in the U.S. The insulating value is 4 times better than the minimum energy star requirement (which is up to R11 and down to U0.09). They also look great and are mechanically very well made. When it is snowing outside, the inside glass pane loses no more heat than my wall and stays at the same temperature as my wall. Double-glazed windows have 1 gas space between two panes of glass and typically one low-e coating, but one of their models has 3 gas spaces and 4 low-e coating. That's what makes theior windows so much better than the typical double glazed windows. Keep in mind, the lead time may be longer than your local suppliers.
