They were good. They were quick and did a good job. They did exactly what they promised to do. The work was done according to the original specifications. The guy was very friendly and helpful. Everything was professional.

The sales people and installers were nice people, but we (including our neighbors with whom we share the fence) essentially had buyers' remorse. Overall, it's functional and looks good, but considering the problems, I feel we should have gone with the other fence contractor we got an estimate from. The issues: (1) They didn't remove the old concrete from the previous fence, just left them in the ground. (2) For one of the posts, they failed to completely surround it with new concrete; they were working late beyond sunset, so they probably couldn't see very well (my spouse filled it in later on). (3) They forgot to add an extra board on our neighbor's side; fortunately, they returned to add that. (4) They forgot to reattach the end of the new fence to the existing fence perpendicular to it (another thing my spouse fixed). (5) They damaged some of our plants and path borders during disassembly (old fence) and construction (new fence). (6) Didn't warn my neighbors that they needed to remove quite a bit of soil before the work.
