 + -1 moreI had no trouble getting through on the phone and placing my order. Billing to my credit card went smoothly and there were no unpleasant surprises with any aspect of the transaction. The flowers were delivered exactly as promised and my girlfriend is delighted with the variety, quality, and arrangement of blooms in the bouquet. She's happier with these than any I have sent previously from other florists.
Description of Work: The Rose Cart people delivered a beautiful bouquet of cut mixed flowers as a birthday gift to my girlfriend.

 + -1 moreThis was a fantastic transaction overall. We were treated with respect and dignity commensurate with the solemn occasion of our mother's funeral. Ali satisfied our specific floral requests and generally exceeded our expectations. We will sing his praises to one and all.
Description of Work: Ali and his professional staff at Rose Cart of Sunnyvale provided us with a very custom floral display for our mother's funeral. There were two large wreaths, and a casket spray. He was very sensitive to our needs and gently suggested ideas that would compliment the arrangements. He allowed our input without judgement and gave us exactly what we requested. The quality of the flowers were excellent. He delivered the display and arranged them exactly as we requested. Everyone commented how perfect the custom display suited our mom. We are so pleased and will be a loyal customer forever.
