The original quote was for $125.00 to come out. The repairs would be deducted from this amount. It was a simple removal of a damaged outdoor faucet(it needed to be cut off) and a new one installed. The charge was $350.00...this was outrageous.

They repaired bathroom tub and sink leaks & installed new sink fixtures. Both workers very professional, knowledgeable & personable. Perfect clean up & follow thru. Bit pricey but worth my peace of mind. I highly recommend.

He actually did not have to do any work since he truthfully told me i did not need any. A rarity in my experience. He came promptly, took pictures to show me the actual condition of the entire roof, and was extremely polite.

I spoke with Eric, who took a moment to get a clear understanding of my needs. He sent Paul out in two days (problem was no emergency), who handled the task immediately. I needed inspection report for insurance renewal, and he provided one that met the underwriter's needs. Fast response, good communication, came when they promised, met my needs. Will call them next time I need a roofer.

Eric came over promptly, When he arrived he assessed the problem quickly and fixed it. He explained what he needed to do every step along the way so I wasnâ t wondering. I really appreciate that.
