Ramirez Handyman Service - Unlicensed Contractor

My experience with Urias is awesome. He and his team are extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly strongly recommend all of my friends who want to do remodeling or related work to hire him. He did replace 4 roof vent turbines for me with 4 smart roof fans (2 solars 2 powered). He did all the installation with bringing all he needs, tested the fan and water leakage, even pull the electric for me in the attic. He also did a side job for me to replace a dummy door handle with a front door handle which he needs to dig holes on both the door and the door frame. He did it very carefully and it worked perfectly. It solved the issue where we used the smart door locker and it cannot close itself since the door will bounce back by its own. He also did the paint touch up for me for free. He took care of all garbages and left nothing behind. I am truly impressed and would love to hire him again. Additionally, he got really good price. His offer is way better than others and it’s really fair! When I got quote from others, they easily doubled the price.
