Liked their professionalism.  Came on time as promised for estimates and for actually doing the work.  Costs were very reasonable.  Very efficient and their work was very neatly done.

Randy is fantastic. He has been my go-to guy for years for gutter cleaning in the fall, and I asked him to pick up cleaning the windows and screens a couple of years ago as well. He's extremely reliable, thorough, trustworthy, professional. I look forward to having him over year after year.

Randy Mills returned my call promptly. He had my information in his data base from the prior cleaning.
He told me when he was available and showed up on time. He and his wife did the work. He needed a little assitance in getting some screwed on screens out and didn't like not being able to walk on our shake roof to reach some second story windows. However, he did everything we asked. He is great at cleaning the windows, he is outstanding at cleaning the sills and sliding door tracks. My old doors rolled as if they were new. Great to get the job done well. I did not price the work competitively, but can't imagine I would have gotten it done for much less.

Randy is more than a professional. The service was fast and with high quality. I have a problem with my windows that have a second layer against noises - which mean we can't reach the internal side of the panels. Randy found a way of cleaning them as much as it was possible. I appreciated the service and for sure will refer him to my friends.

They also installed gutter covers, to keep the gutters clean. They came out quickly and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly people to interact with.

Randy inspected some double pane windows that had collected moisture between the glass, which created water beading and hazing. For a small consultation fee, he inspected the windows and provided me honest next step answers to having the problem fixed, ending in a recommendation to another company that replaces glass. I didn't use his company services, but I appreciated the information.

Previously, I've hired Randy to wash my house's windows (this was about four years ago). Today I called him to see if he could replace the screen on my back door. He told me he could come out today, the same day I called him! Amazing! He arrived within the one hour window he gave me over the phone. He remembered details about my house even after all these years! I originally asked for a "pet screen" which is seven times stronger than a regular mesh screen but due to the vagaries of my old screen door, that wasn't possible (though Randy did try). He was happy to discuss my options with me. I ended up replacing the screen with a simpler mesh as that was the easiest thing to do. Randy revised my original estimate downward to reflect the less expensive mesh I chose (pet screen mesh is a little more expensive). Randy completed the work in about 15 minutes! The new screen looks perfect! No waves or bumps! I am very happy and would without hesitation recommend Randy, who is cheerful and very professional.

A week prior to the job he came over and gave me an estimate. Both for the estimate and the actual job Randy was on time and professional. We are very happy with how clean our gutters are, thanks to Randy.

He was good about returning my calls and was able to schedule the work quickly. We were pleased with everything.

I like the work they do. They take each screen down and wash them. They make sure that all the garbage from the gutters is picked up and taken care of. I know that they will do a good job. I would recommend them. They do good quality work.
