Pet Sitting to the MAX

I have used their services twice, both with the same lady. The care provider comes to the house to meet the animals, and the company has a very thorough form to fill out with all the pet info. Ruth helped while I was traveling, and again when I had surgery. While traveling, she sent pics of my cats to me and gave me updates. I have been very pleased with the service I've gotten both times.

If there was A Plus grade, I would be marking those in quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. We needed to hire a cat sitter while we were on vacation for a week. Since the first contact to this company, they always responded to my e-mails within an hour (thank you, Karina), so I was naturally drawn to this company rather than other pet care organizations who I had to wait as long as a day to get an response. i was very impressed with their professionalism at the meet-and-greet visit. The note Karina made at the visit, which turned out to be a contract between us, could not be more complete by listing all the things I requested. When the actual service started, Allison, who took care of our three temperamental cats, took such a loving care and the cats were so content. It showed in the photos Allison texted me every day. In addition to what I requested her to do, which was complicated enough when you have a cat with protein allergy, she extended herself further to clean up the mess the cats made and played with them. She grasped each cat's personality very quickly and sent me a report twice a day. All of us were looking forward to read her report. When we got home, all the cats were in good spirit and the house was in order. We couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend Pet Sitting to the Max to anybody. I already made a request to take care of our cats during Thanksgiving weekend.

Amy was fantastic! She took care of our cat and was kind enough to send me a text everyday, including a picture of Austin. She actually took better photos of him that I have in the past! She brought in our mail and watered my outdoor plants. Everything was perfect when we got home.
I was pleasantly surprised with Austin's attitude when we got home. He was very happy and playful and appreciated staying home while we were on vacation. Amy allowed us to do this, without her services, we would have had to board him and I know that wouldn't have worked out. She came highly recommended and I'm glad I tried her services out. We will definitely use her in the future and I know Austin will be happy to see her again!

Overall, this provider does an excellent job and I would use them again.
