I would HIGHLY recommend Ken and his crew for any and all electrical work and will definitely use them again!
- I would rate his service as excellent. I considered this to be a basic job, there were no surprises. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and how long it would take, especially when he had to cut off all power to the house.
The thought of major electrical repairs made the overwhelming task of a complete kitchen remodel seem impossibly complex and frustrating. After speaking to five electricians and getting five different opinions on what needed to be done, ranging in cost from $3,000 to $25,000, a close friend suggested I contact Ken “Kenny” Perry. Ken immediately broke down each stage of the project into clearly definable objectives and provided detailed solutions for the many challenges we faced, challenges that included a complete panel upgrade. Also, Ken and his men were patient and courteous in accommodating my elderly mother-in-law. They gave us plenty of warning before they had to turn off the power, and they usually were right on with their estimates on down time. Unlike some of the other contractors we have encountered, Ken’s work is neat and professional, and his rates are fair and reasonable. He treats our family’s home like it is his family’s home. We have had him back to complete smaller projects, and he has treated them with the same care and level of importance. I now only have one number in my phonebook for electrical, and I strongly recommend him to anyone in the Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Cupertino, and Santa Clara areas needing electrical work.
