It was a great experience. He is very personable and his son helps him, he is good and I would recommend him to anyone.

I called and only got voicemail. I left a message at 2:25 pm one day and didn't receive a return call until the next day at 10:30 am.I wasn't home so the lady left a message saying that she would call back another time. I never received any other calls from them.

He is really good. I am getting ready to call him again to clean our dirty carpets. I've used him for many years. He does a fine job. He is just pleasant. He comes in and does a good job. You don't have to say that he has skipped a spot or you would like him to see the dark spot and work a little more on it. He can say it and does it. His price was fine and the quality was good. I called him and he was there within five days. He cleans your furniture, chairs and does that type of cleaning as well.

They were good and the price was reasonable. They got the carpet clean as it was stained by an animal. I give them all high ratings and will use them again in the future if needed.

Paradise Cleaning - owner Vince Swerkes - is fantastic! Paradise Cleaning has been my complete floor and upholstery cleaning and care provider since 1987! He does an incredible job of removing cat stains from my carpeting. Years ago one of my cats was threatened by a new member (cat) to the home and he urinated all over an upholstered chair AND the upholstered sofa. Not sprayed, really flooded the areas! Vince got everything out! I mean, no odor, no stain, no nothing! I still have those pieces of furniture with the same upholstery! My cats have been bothered that area since it was cleaned (which proves to me that all of the urine is gone, gone, gone!). The carpet always look great and dries quickly after cleaning, which is a multi-step process, using a steam vacuum. No residue, no smell, the carpet is very very very clean and looks great! The tile floor in my home is a pain to deal with, scratches easily (because of the cats running around) but vince is always able to buff out the scratches. Periodically the tile needs to be stripped and a new sealer applied to keep in looking really good. Again, Vince does a great job. Really, I can't recommend him ENOUGH!! PRICE? I think he's competitive with others; charges a fair price - NO, he does NOT over-charge - definitely great value for your money. He does such a good job, is such a great guy, and is so honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and informed about his industry that frankly I'd pay any price - I think he's that good.

My experience with them was terrific. They had a very reasonable price and the work was done very carefully. Our house is about 3500 square feet. Two thirds of that was carpeting space and it was less than $400. Their professionalism was absolutely top-notch. Several people on my street have given Paradise Cleaning their alarm code so they can come in and do the cleaning while the family isn't home and lock things back up. Their professionalism is very high.

He is very methodical. He does a thorough job and makes sure it all looks good. He is punctual and professional. He is pleasant and very knowledgeable.

They are fantastic. The owners, Vince and Aaron, are incredibly knowledgeable. They keep up on new products. They are really good at getting stains out. I have pets, and when they clean the carpet, you can't tell. There is no smell and no stain. He knows his business. Desperate pet owners, there is hope for your carpet and upholstery.

He is pleasant courteous and really knowledgeable about carpet types. He has taken classes on different types of carpet. He does a good job cleaning my upholstery as well. He always gets my cat stains out of my carpet and upholstery. He does an excellent job. Annette, his wife, usually sets up the appointments.
