.The did a good job. They were kind of hard to get a hold of. It was hard to get an invoice. The cleaning side of it was good, but the professional side wasn't good. It was hard to get a hold of somebody.The one person we did get a hold of didn't speak very good English, so it was difficult. We probably would go to somebody else.

I use them every two weeks. The price is average. They’re usually on time. The cost is $180 for every 2 weeks.

It take two Heavenly Maids about an hour and twenty to forty minutes to clean my condo.

Sandra and Patricia arrived early and while they were waiting for me they cleaned the OUTSIDE of my condo (wiped the door and swept the patio)! They went got out stains on the kitchen linoleum in no time at all (I had spent an hour scrubbing it myself but couldn't get out the stains). They also got stains out in the porcelain sink. They worked hard and fast for about 2 hours so I gave them a 10% tip. I would definitely use MM again and ask for Sandra and Patricia!

The workers cheerfully did a great job. They cleaned up any missing spots I found upon final inspection. Unfortunately, I didn't inspect every single place in the house and ended up having to dust and clean the walls in one of the linen closets. There were other places they missed too, but I didn't think it was worthwhile to call them back to finish up. Though I am sure they would have come back if I did call. But overall, a very good job.

I have a very long history of service with them. I used them regularly to clean my house when I used to stay in the rental house. Now I use them periodically when I have to get a cleaning done in between. They are very professional, come on time and do a very good job. If I have any issues they are good in rectifying it. They also clean my brother’s house. He has also used them for many years.

I was surprised when I made the appointment that they didn't work on weekends which is a little inconvenient for me. I made the appointment for the following Wednesday. They said they would call me later to set a time. Later I had to move the day to Thursday and called to tell them. Luckily I called because they thought the appointment was Friday. I have no idea how that happened. I'm also not sure if they were going to call me. I had the feeling it was Friday 1pm in their books by accident. We scheduled for Thursday. I didn't know this before, but when you set a time, it's actually a 1 hr. window for their arrival. It would have been good to know this when I set the appt., just as an FYI. Overall, I was happy with the service. They did a good job and I would probably use them again. Next time I would mention specific tasks and check them before they leave. I graded them as B instead of A because I'm a hard grader and would reserve an A for truly exceptional work.

They're quite efficient, and provide a wonderful service. The ladies are extremely pleasant, and are usually right on time, but sometimes they're about an hour late. However they do always show up. My family recommended them to me so I thought I'd give them a try. I like them they do a great job.
