Description of Work: He came, said he would return with the string that had broken. He never returned and we were unable to ever get him to return any calls. He would even send us notices to have our piano tuned, we would call, but he never returned any calls.

He took about 45 minutes per piano to tune them. He is honest because he will not tune the piano if it is not necessary. He recommends tuning annually and will give a discount for annual customers. A piano teacher recommended his services.
Description of Work: He came out to my house to tune our two pianos - an upright and a baby grand piano.
