I initially called because I thought the problem was a simple broken/leaking drain hose, but he diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain and efficiently unclogged/snaked the laundry drain and resolved the problem completely. The problem was quickly resolved and we were completely satisfied with the work done, and would recommend this company highly.
