LAN'S FLORIST

I found this place on the internet. Looked like great interface, tons of selection (mainly FTD photos, I later learned). They charged delivery for a place just down the street (in Sunnyvale), when a competitor in Mountain View did not. Also, they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, if you can find a manager... sneaky... You email them a follow up and they don't respond. Uncool. Bottom line: the flowers I ordered did not arrive. I ordered tulips and hydrangea (from an FTD photo) and my person got tulips and baby's breath. Baby's breath is much cheaper, and looks it. Was supposed to be a classy French ribbon, they gave a cheesy red/green Xmas ribbon. Was supposed to be a modern rectangular vase, it was your standard vase. Uncool. On their ordering form they had a ''substitution policy'' box. I purposely did NOT check (put an X) in the box, meaning they should call me if they were going to substitute.
