He did a great job because he did things like, he told me to order parts online just because I could get them cheaper, he wouldn’t have to charge me a 20% on the parts and stuff. He was fine with working that way. He was trying to save me money at every turn, so I thought that was really good of him.

Kevin did an excellent job and I would use him again. There were a couple of things that didn't go as planned but he worked through issues and made them right.

Kevin did an excellent job replacing the skimmer. Arrived on time, very pleasant and professional. Obviously experienced in many areas of pool and spa repairs. I had 4 bids on this job. Kevin was not the highest nor the lowest but a fair price. Selected him based on the completeness of his bid (defining the job details) and reviews on Angies List..
I was impressed with some things that many might not notice. Always came to the door in the morning to announce he was there. Happy to explain what he was doing when asked. Careful that extension cords were not a safety hazard. Cleaned up each night and left the job site reasonably neat. Covered the open hole with his wheel barrow at night.
Overall, this was an excellent experience dealing with a professional. The job was done on time, the aggregate patch around the skimmer is a very good match to the rest of the pool area. Best of all, no more leak.The water bill was getting expensive. Thanks Kevin.

As is common when electronic components fail, the problem was intermittent. So the first time Kevin arrived, everything worked just find. He was very nice and explained what might have caused the problem. He did not charge for the visit. After several months, it finally truly failed. Kevin responded promptly, ordered the proper parts, and a few days later, all was well.

My 15 year old spa had not been used for a few years. I found Kevin in Angie's List and determined he had received several great reviews.

I called him and set up an appointment to inspect my spa. He arrived punctually and made some minor adjustments to the spa. The spa worked well after these adjustments.

Kevin did not charge me for his time or services stating it was not warranted.

Very well. Kevin assessed the situation and then met with me to describe what was wrong and what the options were. Kevin did a very good job of explaining what the issues were in a way that I understood clearly what the choices were. Ultimately, I felt confident in the choices that I made. He completed the work as promised, it is very well done and he even went the extra little steps to make his work look very good cosmetically. After installing the new variable speed pump, he came back and met with me and walked me through how the programming worked and why he set it up the way he did. He further volunteered to help me apply for the applicable rebates. I highly recommend Kevin as a highly trustworthy resource.

He was great! He came out, accessed the issue, and provided an estimate. He then returned a few days later and repaired it. He was extremely responsive and professional.

I am very, very happy with Kevin. I wish I had more work to give him. He's easy going so he had time to answer all my questions and he told me stuff I should have asked but didn't. Yet he is very business like. I was coordinating several engineers from several disciplines and Kevin was very easy to work with when the schedule for his part slipped a little and very accommodating and responsive when it was time for his piece of the project to be done.

I described over the telephone the symptoms of my spa's malfunction; no heat, but pump running. He agreed it was probably the heater. He asked for the model number. We made an appointment for two days later. He was here 5 minutes early. He diagnosed the problem and installed the new heater. He brought a new heater with him based on our telephone conversation. He broke a valve handle on my old spa and apologized. He left with a friendly handshake and said he would send the bill. The spa has worked great ever since. A few days later, his bill arrived along with a new handle for the valve he broke. He paid for the valve handle. He was prompt, he was punctual, he was friendly and his price was fair.

I needed a new spa cover, and months ago when fixing my spa heater, he offered to order and install one for me. I finally ordered it, and he took the measurements, advised me on the design, ordered it and installed it with no delays or fuss.
