Kevin telephoned on time and gave us a URL so that he could do the work remotely. He worked on my computer first, then on my husband's. After he completed the work, he asked for our mailing address so that he could send us an invoice. No deposit was required, showing a great deal of trust in us. Finally, he gave us the information needed to replace or add a computer to the network without his help.

I was very satisfied with the work that Kevin did for me. He arrived on time and it took him about four hours to finish it. I felt he was knowledgeable about what he was doing and my new computer is working great. I would offer him an excellent recommendation.
