Everything looks great. Everything works. This is the happiest that I have been in a long, long time. These. Javier and his team came on time always and worked until their project was completed, cleaned up after themselves and had a wonderful can-do attitude.. very creative problem-solving. I am already planning on what I can have them do next year.

Javier and his team did an amazing job on our long run of fencing across our back neighbors. From the first time he contacted me, to their final cleanup, our fencing project was top notch! We are the end house on the court, with 3 neighbors behind us. Javier created 3 quotes for me so I could share the details with the neighbors who split the cost with me. Javier was methodical and organized around removing each section, hand digging 32” holes for the posts, then setting those in concrete to put up the fence the next day. They put up temporary fencing to keep my dogs safe at night, and cleaned up their tools every night. The 3 of them put up the fence in 5 days (about 110 feet) and it is beautiful! Straight, level, board on board design. I no longer have to worry about my dog knocking the fence over, and no more fighting with the neighbor dog through the cracks in the fence. Everything about the job was perfect and I highly recommend Javier and his brothers. In addition to the fence, they built me a potting bench and table per my design, out of the old fence boards. Those will stand the text of time as they were built with 4” x 4”s and fence boards! Talk about strong and sturdy! I also had them clean our gutters, and repair one. They are so conscientious that they did a video on top of our roof of the clean gutters. Above and beyond, they didn’t need to do that as I already trusted them implicitly after the stellar fence job! Besides all that , these are friendly, really nice guys, who treated me and my neighbors with care and respect! We will be working with them again, and my neighbors have already hired them for some fence repairs.

Javier and his guys were fast and communicative. The quote itself was very detailed and technical, and the final outcome is beautiful as well. He said 5 days, and they were done by the end of fifth day including additional stairs a requirement which came up during the build.

My family and I were impressed at Javier and his team and how they approached this recent project (a few days ago). They were efficient, organized and accurate with their estimate to what was delivered. Javier also reached out for approval when something different had to be done that deviated from the quote (the house behind us had contractors working on their yard that affected part of the fence that Javier/team was working on for us). He took the time to explain things to us when we had questions. These are all things that my family appreciated! The quality of work is solid as he did another part of our shared fence about 7-8 mos ago. We would definitely hire him again and refer him to our family and friends!

Javier and his brother Daniel were great. They worked very hard and got the job done in 3 days. Javier was very communicative and made great suggestions to solve some of the issues of my 100+ year old house.

I am writing this review on behalf of Javier Flores I engaged Javier Flores to build a deck in my back yard. I could not be happier with the job he did. Javier and his brother Daniel arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. each day and worked hard all day, with the exception of lunch. The two of them work together very well. When they finished the deck, I told them that I would sweep off the saw dust, but Javier wouldn’t let me sweep the deck, He told me I am paying him to perform that duty. Javier and Daniel are experienced hardworking men who value precision, and pay attention to the littlest of details. Our new deck is as stiff as concrete, no sags, no squeaks at all. I am so happy with the deck, that I am going to have them install the deck railing also. I would gladly recommend Javier to anyone that needs a deck. Henry & Mary Anne Price
