I phoned In the Moment and left a message. The owner phoned back and said that he thought it could be fixed remotely and that someone would be phoning me. Not long after, Jesse from Utah phoned and fixed my email and then I asked about getting my DVD fixed. He fixed it by downloading the needed free software from the manufacturer and  we both tested it to be sure it worked well. What a relief! They are very expert and don't mess around so it doesn't take long to get things fixed. Best of all. I wasn't needing to bring my computer some place. They are very easy to communicate with and  it is delightful to have such  expert and trustworthy repair people. Thank you so much, Angie!

They came to my home and helped with both synching and installation and security problems I had. I found out my iphone was not synching properly with my calendar and contacts, so they helped me with this problem. I also had a few viruses and I needed them removed and put on some new anti-virus software. They also put on Evernote which is a super cool program which I can keep notes on - which appear on my desktop, laptop and my iphone. Works really well. I also had to read a Mac hard drive on my Mac, so they helped me purchase and activate a program called Mac Drive.
