GREAT MAIDS

I gave very little notice to get 2 bathrooms cleaned and got an appointment for the next day. They had a one hour minimum for two people who brought everything needed so they not only did our bathrooms but also the kitchen and made our bed which was an awesome surprise. They did a better job than our previous cleaners. I always check behind the toilets but no one else seems to since they never clean it but not the team of Great Maids. This time when I looked back there it was clean! Our stovetop and counters also looked great. The price was very reasonable for the service that we received and we are definitely going to use them again.

No problems. The two ladies showed up on time, with appropriate equipment, and cleaned very thoroughly.

I called Ingrid who was wonderful and asked if someone could come out to clean my dad's place? She actually gave me a time for the end of September but I wanted to be there for when they come to clean. She gave me a Saturday's date for 9 am to 11am time, because I knew they would need 2 hours to clean. I was very pleased that she called to confirm our appointment the day before and also informed me that the girls would be a little later because of a slight change in plans with the house they were doing before my dad's. She had told me they would be there between 10:00am and 10:30am, they came at 10:15am. I was happy about that as well. I am easy going, but they only thing that bothers me the most is when people don't communicate with you about whether they are going to be late or if they can't make at all, whatever it made be. I more than likely to be and quot;OKand quot; with it as long as I am told ahead of time, which Great Maids did exactly that. They communicated to what was going on. The girls worked very had in a very bad situation. They cleaned the walls (words can not described how bad that was), scrubbed the floor, cleaned the kitchen, dusted the ceiling fan, dusted the book shelves, cleaned everything, ect. It was so nice to see that my dad's place now looked livable! Plus they did it in 2 hours and charged me a little bit less than what I was quoted. So extremely pleased on how it looked consider what it looked like before.

It went relatively well. The crew showed up on time and performed the job adequately - not spectacularly, but pretty well. I have nothing specific to complain about, but nothing that blew me away either.

From the beginning when I was getting a quote to the actual cleaning and follow-up, Great Maids did a wonderful job for a great price. They showed up on time (and called when they were 15 minutes away) at the beginning of the time window and did a fantastic, quick job cleaning

After firing Molly Maid of South San Jose for incompetence, I was concerned that I would never find a cleaning service that would do what they said they would do. Great Maids get great scores on Angie's List, so I gave them a try. They're thorough and efficient. I'm paying a bit more than before but am satisfied I am getting quality work.

I use them on a regular basis so they come every couple of weeks. I like them a lot. I have tried a lot of other services and I told my cleaning girl that she cleans a lot like I would like, expect and do if I was cleaning myself. My big concern is that I have a dog so I am really focused and particular on dog hair so there is always a little room for improvement but they do a very nice job.

Excellent work. I recommend this company . What a huge difference they have made in making the house look clean and organized and running errands for me. I plan to continue using them as needed.
