I bought a washing machine and a refrigerator from them. I shopped around on the internet and while their prices weren't the best, they were competitive when I used the coupons that they sent me (12% off is common) from having signed up with their rewards program. I knew the models I wanted when I went in and the salespeople were pleasant and helpful. Their free delivery has been top notch. I wasn't sure what to expect especially for the fridge since I have hardwood floors that I was worried about being damaged if they use a trolley/ hand truck, but they carried the fridges in and out and were careful without me saying anything. Would buy from them again.
